How is DoctorLync priced?
A flat monthly price per clinic — not per user. Each plan includes a set number of doctors (2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise) plus unlimited reception, billing, and helper staff. Patient app users are always free (OTP login).
Can I try DoctorLync before paying?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for self-serve sign-up.
What if I have more doctors than my plan allows?
Move up a tier — Growth covers up to 5 doctors, and Enterprise is unlimited with volume pricing. Support staff (reception, billing, helpers) never count toward the doctor limit.
What happens when I cancel?
Your account is suspended immediately but your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. All Growth and Enterprise customers receive a BAA automatically. Starter customers can request one by contacting sales.
Can I deploy DoctorLync in my own cloud account?
Enterprise plans support dedicated deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure — including in your own cloud account. Contact sales for details.
