Delete your DoctorLync account
For patients who use the DoctorLync app.
What is deleted
- Your DoctorLync account and sign-in
- The link between your account and each clinic
- Your app sessions on every device, and your notification tokens
It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What each clinic keeps
A clinic you visited keeps its own medical record of your visits: notes, prescriptions and bills. Clinics must keep these records by law, so deleting your app account does not erase them. To ask a clinic about its records, contact that clinic.
If you sign in again later with the same number, a new account is created and linked to those clinic records again.
Delete now
In the app: open Profile, then Delete account.
Clinic staff
Staff accounts belong to your clinic. Ask the clinic owner to remove your access in Settings → Team. If you own the clinic and want to close its DoctorLync account, email support@atrivextech.com from the email address on the account.
